Sunset Over the Battery...

Walking home from dinner last night in Brooklyn Heights, we past Remsen Street where my friend pointed out the sun setting at the end of the street. So, we walked to the end of the street and standing over the BQE, I took this shot (among more than forty others) over Battery Park in Lower Manhattan (thats New Jersey in the background). I love that you can see a helicopter and a jet (far left). None of my other shots had the flying machines in them.

(Update: June, 2010) Dear Reader, Life has gotten to be very very busy lately (in a good way) so to retain quality, I have decided to cut back to just a few images a week until September. Meanwhile, I will continue to post on iPhoneography NYC.
